Andrew Clifford

Andrew Clifford is an Associate with Distrikt Capital, focused on new investment underwriting and acquisitions, as well as corporate development and management of Distrikt’s existing real estate investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Distrikt Capital, Andrew was a Senior Investment Analyst at Starlight Investments, a Toronto-based real estate investment and asset management company, with a top-tier portfolio of approximately 70,000 multi-residential units across Canada and the U.S., over 8 million square feet of commercial properties, held across multiple public and private investment platforms. He was part of a team responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across Starlight’s U.S. Multi-Family portfolio.  He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
